Starting out in the construction industry in his teen years, David has a vast knowledge and experience in the field of building. He completed his red seal of journeyman carpentry in his early 20’s and has moved up from framing, pre-fab work, building concrete stairwells and also contributing to the Wall Centre’s innovative elevator climbing system.
David has managed tower projects and crew on site, and now sources out concrete forming contracts for the Lower Mainland, employing a range of crew from 30-300!
Many projects have been titled the tallest building in the area, until a newer development claims that record. The tallest tower that David has had the privilege of working on was 47 stories high.
He has travelled Europe to invest in tower cranes for the company and received first hand care from German engineers in decking and shoring equipment.
David took on the challenge of building his own family home from the ground up for his family of five in the early 2000’s.
David and his brother, James, are creative in having needs met. They started a sub contracting company in 2012, and David began a delivery truck company not much later. The two brothers took over the family business and work well together to uphold the highest industry standards, creating a favoured reputation in the field.
In his spare time, David likes to travel with his wife of 27 years, fly his helicopter, and spend time making gourmet meals for his married children and friends. David delights in spending quality time with his grandson on the tractor or sharing a doughnut.
